Apply For Staff Nurse / Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:
Prepares equipment and assists doctors during examinations and treatments. Performs evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications. Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, and monitors vital signs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Observing, measuring and recording the general health of patients.
  • Working with doctors to evaluate the condition of patients and propose courses of treatment.
  • Administering medication to patients based on their conditions and symptoms.
  • Recording patient medical history.
  • Ordering tests and medical procedures.
  • Keeping patient records up to date.
  • Addressing the emotional needs of patients and their families.
  • Analyzing patient symptoms and taking steps to relieve pain or increase patient comfort.
  • Maintaining a safe, hygienic working environment.
  • Supervising nursing assistants and aides.
  • Providing urgent care in emergencies.
  • Preparing patients for surgical procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Nursing Assistant (Diploma holders)
  • Nursing Assistant
  • Lady Health Visitors (LHV)
  • Community Midwife (CMW)
  • Family Welfare Workers (FWW)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Staff Nurse (Degree Holders)
  • Generic BSN (04 years Degree Program)
  • Post RN BSN / Post RN BSM
